Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We are your hosts, Stacia and Larry Morand, and we warmly welcome you to our family's cabin. In 2018, after an unforgettable anniversary trip to the Smoky Mountains, we were so captivated by the beauty and tranquility that we decided to establish Over the Mountain Cabin Rentals.
